Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, quiet home. Perfectly located just minutes from the Fayetteville Regional Airport, we are right in between Hope Mills and Fayetteville, so you can easily access both.
The space
3 Bedroom house with beautifully designed bedrooms and a large yard space. We have a washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen, full bathrooms, and a large backyard. Driveway parking is available, and we are minutes from the hospital, coliseum, and shopping centers.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house with the exception of any locked drawers, closets and cabinets.
Other things to note
The bottom pull out bed of the trundle bed is for sleeping only. Please be careful with it and only allow children to sleep on it.

No parties or events without prior approval.
Check-in is at 4PM and check-out is at 11AM.
If you throw a party, an extra cleaning fee charge of $250 will be added to your booking, and you may be required to obtain event insurance.
A $50 charge will be added for lost or stolen keys (including the garage remote).
Do not eat in the bedrooms.
Please refrain from making loud noises past 11PM.
