Enjoy the natural beauty of the Outer Banks in Carova where the wild horses roam free. Take a walk through nature and see the wild animals, stroll the beach and collect some seashells, watch the dolphins play or just relax in the pool or hot tub, you can do it all when you stay at Ocean Delight.
Ocean Delight is a six bedroom house that sits on a quiet street with no neighbors on either side, so you can have your privacy while relaxing in the pool or hot tub. The house may seam small from the picture but it is long and very spacious inside, with three floors there is plenty of room. The top floor has a living room, dining room, and kitchen along with a queen master bedroom and a full bath. The middle floor has two queen bedrooms, a bedroom with two twin beds, a full bath and a sitting area. This floor also has the washer and dryer. The lower floor has a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a twin bed, a bathroom with a shower and a large rec room. Sheets and towels are not provided.
Outside you can enjoy one of the largest private pools on the beach, relax in the six person hot tub, or just sit on one of the many decks and enjoy the views.
Carova offers one of the best beaches in the US. Just throw your chairs, coolers and towels in your four wheel drive and be at the beach in a minute. Parking is never a problem as you can park right on the beach and have everything at your fingertips, no need to walk and carry everything. Besides the great beaches the Outer Banks has much to offer, just a few minutes away is Corolla with one of the many lighthouses that line the Outer Banks, there is also shopping and nightlife and so much more. If you are not familiar with Carova and the four wheel drive beaches there are a few things you should know. Carova is a very natural area with just houses and horses, there are no stores or business of any kind, (Corolla is ten miles away and has everything) there are no paved roads, just sand roads, this is the beauty of Carova. You will need a four wheel drive vehicle to get to the house, an all wheel drive is not recomended. Once the paved road ends you will have to drive 9 miles on the beach as the beach is the highway, then you cross over the dunes to get to the sand roads then the house is just a minute or two away. There are no ATV's allowed anywhere not even on private property. The house has a water softener that is feed by well water as there is no public water system in Carova, it is suggested that you use bottled water for drinking and cooking as many people are not use to well water.
