The space
You will fall in love with this place! The first thing you will notice is the gorgeous backyard with outdoor furniture and many spots to enjoy a hot coffee or a nice chat!

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Originally the brainchild of Edward Dilworth Latta in the 1890s, Dilworth was Charlotte's first streetcar suburb. To attract residents and businesses to the suburb, Latta built a 90-acre park as an enticement.
