Includes 190 channel satellite TV with WI-FI, large 4K TV with DVD player, also TV in master and loft.Very quiet area with neighborhood watch. Only 2 mins away from Dollar general, Little Caesar's, Pizza and Wing restaurant, and outdoors store which has everything you need for a w/e getaway such as groceries, fishing/boating equipment, etc. 10 min boat ride to Lakeview restaurant on water.
