Located in Buxton, you will spend time on one of the most prized beaches of Hatteras Island near the home's renowned namesake, Cape Point. No desire has been overlooked with all the outdoor entertainment that Cape Point has to offer! Pull up beneath the home and unload your luggage with ease into the protected first level elevator entrance. Chill out and sip your drinks at the covered lounge area while the kids jump into the sparkling pool and splash in the inset kiddie section. The hot tub is tucked away in this private entertaining area as well. Whip up some fresh local fish for the whole family on either the gas or charcoal grills. Beach access is located directly through the pool gate. Two outdoor showers and a cabana half-bath will welcome you back from a dip in the ocean.
Entering the first level of the home, you will find a custom rec room with pool table and wet bar to aid in friendly competition. A kitchenette is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, microwave and stand-alone ice machine providing easy access to drinks, snacks, and ice for the cooler. You will find two bedrooms on this level - a King bedroom with deck access, and a kid-friendly bunk room with two Pyramid Twin bunks. There is a full shared bathroom in the hallway.
Walk up to the second level of the home to find four King En Suites. One of the King En Suites has access to a covered deck and handicap features such as a roll-in shower and roll-under sink.
Heading up to the third level, views of the crystal blue ocean surround you as you enter the great room, taking your breath away with panoramic vistas. Sit back in the sofas in front of the large screen home theater system as the chef in the group prepares meals in the nearby kitchen. Two refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, double wall ovens and a wine cooler all make food storage, meal prep and clean-up easier for your large group. A breakfast bar seats six people, and the dining table seats ten along with another table for four. After dinner, move the party onto the deck for drinks and storytelling. The King En Suite is also on this level and features a full bath with a custom tiled shower and dual vanities, and high ceilings for ultimate comfort.

**Private unheated pools will open on April 16th and close on October 1st. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No pets allowed in pools.**
