Additionally, the option to accommodate up to 4 people with the double-size pull-out sleeper couch is great for those traveling in a small group or with family.

PET POLICY/PET FEE
1. A $75 non-refundable “Pet Fee'' will be applied per dog to each reservation. (This fee does not cover damage to the property or grounds resulting from a dog, including but not limited to: chewing, scratching, digging and unreported house training accidents.)
2. Clean up after your dog, both in public areas and in the yard of your rental property.
3. Do not allow your dog to bark excessively or to roam onto neighboring properties.
4. Do not allow dogs on furniture or beds. It is also helpful to bring something (bed, blanket, etc.) on which you know your pet will be comfortable sleeping. Many pets are used to being allowed on furniture and beds at their own home, but this is not allowed in our rental properties. Please, bring any kennel or special bedding your pet may enjoy with this in mind. Extra cleaning fees will be charged for furniture, blankets, comforters, etc. that have pet hair left behind.
5. If your dog has separation issues and/or is not accustomed to being left alone in unfamiliar places, please do not leave your dog unattended for long periods of time. A crate is ideal for those situations in which you must leave. You are responsible for any damages your pet causes.
6. Ensure that your dog’s medications and immunizations are up-to-date prior to your stay, especially flea treatment.
7. The yard is completely fenced when the gate is closed. However, escape artists and small dogs may still be able to escape underneath the fence and in areas where deer have dug around the fence. Please do not leave dogs unattended. DeVore Properties and Owners are not responsible for lost or injured dogs.
