Bed Sizes: Queen, Queen, 1 Set of Twin Bunks + 1 Twin over Full Bunk.
The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:
• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)
• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy
• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom
Central heat and air, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, dishwasher, beverage refrigerator, Keurig Coffee Maker, Chef's Kitchen!
3 cable TVs including 2 Smart TVs with access to streaming apps.
Games and puzzles!
Open and covered deck areas including a screened in porch all with furniture and ocean views!
Yard area with lots of space for kids and canines alike! Corn hole boards and horse shoes too!
Beach toys, beach chairs, and beach cart provided to make your days at the beach easy and fun! Beach access is a short walk 1/2 block away!

Driveway parking for up to 4 cars.
No smoking allowed in house or outside on premises at any time. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.
Grilling allowed - gas grill (gas refill reimbursements provided when receipts for gas refill purchases are provided to realty company). Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.
Up to 2 dogs allowed with paid pet rent of $21.43 per dog per night reserved plus tax. Premises that allow pets only allow friendly, housebroken, flea free dogs over 12 months old that are on a veterinarian approved monthly flea/tick treatment and prevention program. Birds, cats, and all other pets are prohibited. Families that bring dogs are required to follow pet policies and pay non-refundable pet rent for each dog as applicable with their reservations. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Policies are strictly enforced.
Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Day:
• During November through May excluding the holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Days with a 3 night minimum stay are permitted in advance with any arrival and departure day.
• During June through October and holiday weeks of Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Only full weekly stays Saturday-Saturday are permitted.
This home may also be available for Off season winter monthly rentals between October - April. Please submit a request for more information at the right to receive details.

-Please note that during the current year we offer guests who wish to request in advance a specific house for specific dates during the next calendar year. All reservation requests made are subject to the home and dates being available for rent.
-A non-refundable Advance Reservation administrative fee is charged for each requested week in addition to standard rent and reservation charges.
-The tenant renting a home in the present year has priority status for the same approximate dates in the house next year if they make their Request on or before the last day of their stay this year.
-Dates are available to be booked by the public beginning at 9:00AM ET on the first weekday following the tenant's checkout.
-The availability of a home for rental, the rental rate, and changes to a home or its amenities and furnishings, are established solely by the homeowner.
