Summary: Jay was very pleasant at check-in. He made the process a breeze and was very nice and polite. Overall the experience was decent. However, the morning of checkout, housekeeping knocked on my door 3-4 times upon my checkout time. My checkout time wasn’t until 11am. I think the ladies wanted to come in and clean but felt as though they were trying to rush me along. I answered the door shortly after 8:30 for one lady informing her that I wasn’t ready yet and that checkout wasn’t until 11. She was sweet and apologized. An hour or so later someone else was knocking. Then there was another knock…. I found this to be a bit intrusive. I ended up checking out around 10:30am which I had originally planned. Front desk staff were great. Housekeeping staff wasn’t rude, persay, it was just the persistent manner of knocking that was annoying.
