Please do the inviting DEW DOCKS cottage the year. This mint condition canalfront house has a clever floor plan that keeps on delivering. The ground level has good concrete parking, interesting landscaping, outside shower, fish station, and a luggage lift. The rear of Dew Docks fronts on a wide Brigands Bay canal with boat dock that is great for SUPs, kayaks, and small outboards. The previous owners kept a large Carolina Skiff ready for all adventures in their backyard. Enjoy fishing and crabbing from the back yard. Everyone will love the downstairs game room with ping pong and foosball. Enter into the first living level through the good sized and well-appointed kitchen with breakfast bar and waterfront dining table. The living area has comfortable furnishings, flat screen TV, stereo, and gas fireplace (in season). The outside covered deck has a great porch swing and views down the canal. Full hall bath one has a tub/shower, stacked laundry washer/dryer, and semi-private access to bedroom one with king, flat screen TV and deck access. Upstairs Dew Docks has a catwalk to the well-furnished waterfront gallery with mini fridge, and a counter/bar with sink and seating. A warm wood ceiling and skylights give Dew Docks that upscale look. An additional flat screen TV and stereo provide some of the upstairs excitement. Outside a southern sundeck provides water views. Bedroom two has a flat screen, a double and single bed, deck access and shares a full bath with shower with bedroom three with bunk and single bed. A north sundeck accesses both upstairs bedrooms.
