Our apartment is a one bedroom and one bath furnished apartment over a detached garage. It is close to 900 ft.². It has one king size bed and a twin trundle bed. It is perfect for a family of four with two adults and two children. We have a full kitchen just minus a dishwasher. We also have a washer and dryer available in the apartment for guests to use. We have an 8 foot deep, inground, swimming pool on the premises that our guest can use as well but we require adult supervision for children under the age of 18. Our place is very private and quiet and very well maintained. The apartment is on the same property as our 135 year old house we restored. The property is about 3 1/2 acres and wooded on both sides and very very private. It has an out in the country, out of the way feel and yet it is still close to everything in our area.
