In the event that the temperatures are forecasted to go below freezing (32 F), the hosts would have to disconnect water to the outdoor shower and kitchen sink to avoid freeze damage. To make guests' situation as convenient as possible, cleansing wipes will be provided, as well as disposable dining utensils (plates, bowls, cups, forks, etc.). The hosts will also wash all glampers' kitchen dishes after they check-out if the water is not available. The tent has an indoor heated wood stove and the hosts provide a premade fire. The hosts advise guests to light and feed the fire with wood before bed and once or twice in the night so the tent stays warm. The hosts provide two free wood bundles inside the tent and after that, they charge $5 per bundle. Each wood bundle has six large pieces of seasoned split wood and should last one hour for the outdoor campfire and four to five hours for the indoor wood stove depending on outdoor temperatures. The hosts have an honor system jar at the site to leave payment for wood used or they can send guests a request for payment after their stay.
