The Space:
The layout of this home provides multiple living spaces including a traditional living room with a fireplace and TV, as well as a private room with a couch and TV. The open air garage has been converted into a third lounging place with comfortable furniture and family friendly games (corn hole, ring toss and board games). The custom kitchen boasts beautiful cabinetry, a gas stove, all the equipment needed for at home cooking and an attached dining space. The master bedroom features a king size bed and ensuite bath. The additional two bedrooms feature 1 king, 1 queen and share a detached bath. The second living room can easily be converted into a fourth bedroom with a queen size pullout from ambiente (luxury pullout couch, as comfortable as a real bed)! There is a washer and dryer on site and abundant parking for several cars in the roundabout driveway. RV parking is available as well (no hookup). The lower part of the yard near the babbling brook is spacious and flat. Please reach out to us for any small event inquiries.
