This beautiful five-bedroom, four-and-one half-bath home is located in the upscale Peninsula community in Manteo. Situated on the canal with a private pool and private dock, you can spend afternoons swimming, boating, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or enjoying your favorite water activities. This home is ideally located just over the bridge from Nags Head and is just minutes from the beach at Jennette's Pier, Roanoke Island Festival Park, the North Carolina Aquarium, and so much more!
The third floor boasts an open concept floor plan with 360-degree views and includes a spacious kitchen and massive island to prepare your perfect family meal. When the day is over, plop down in the comfortable living room and put your favorite movie on the flat-screen TV, or head out onto the back deck to enjoy the spectacular OBX sunsets!
Head down to the second level, where you are sure to rest easy in one of the four bedrooms. The luxurious King En Suite and Queen En Suite each provide direct access to the second-level deck. The third bedroom is furnished with a pyramid bunk bed, and the fourth bedroom contains a Queen poster bed. A jack-and-jill bathroom separates these two rooms. Each bedroom on this level is equipped with its own smart tv.
On the first level, you will find the last of the five bedrooms with an adjacent semi-private full bathroom.
The first level is also where you will be able to challenge one another to a game of table tennis in the rec room, or step right outside to enjoy a relaxing afternoon in the OBX sunshine grilling your favorite meals on the gas grill and lounging by the pool.

**A private community boat launch is available for use. Guests may dock boats at the property (boat 25-foot max). Special instructions will be included in your check-in packet.**
**No street parking. All cars must fit in the driveway, 3-4 max. No overflow parking within the community.**
**Private, unheated pool will open on April 15th and close on October 1st. Pool cleaned weekly and no later than 6 pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days.**
Check-in begins at 4 pm: Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
Check-out is at 10 am.
