Welcome to Blackwater Escape! Located on the Edisto River, this 600 sq ft cottage is the perfect place to relax with the whole family. Unwind outside on your choice of the screen porch, front deck or covered dock overlooking the river. Spend your afternoons relaxing by the fire pit or grilling out on the charcoal grill. Located just minutes from Bee City and Givhans Ferry State Park and only 25 minutes from Summerville ( for great dining and shopping ). Legend Oaks Golf Course is only 14 miles away.

Home has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Bedroom number 1 has a queen size bed and views of the river. Bedroom number 2 had 2 full size beds. Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher. Large flat screen tv in the living room with Netflix and Hulu included. WIFI also provided. House has screen porch, deck and covered dock with bed swing overlooking the Edisto River. Fire pit and charcoal grill also included for you to enjoy. Outdoor and indoor games provided.

Please keep in mind that our home is located in an old river community. Some of the homes are older, not lived in full time and may not be kept up like our property. Home is located down a dirt road that can get a little bumpy when it rains. Otherwise, the road is normally in good shape.
