The home was recently professionally redesigned and renovated with a coastal interior. The beautifully remodeled kitchen has all new appliances, cabinets, and countertops. The spacious family & dining area is open to the Carolina room for additional living space. Enjoy the sound of the ocean from the large deck with fabulous seating areas, dining table & grill.

The village of Bald Head Island is a golf cart only community. The cottage includes 2 golf carts (4 persons each). While the island has a limited number of businesses, there are several restaurants, shops, and a market for groceries.
