Summary: Numerous issues with functionality of our room, with no solutions offered, only temporary "tweaks" to achieve minimal functionality. Housekeeping and front desk staff were friendly and apologetic, but management was rude, unapologetic, and dismissive of the issues. Wont be staying at another Best Western unless absolutely stranded, with zero options, meaning only if my car is disabled and I cannot return home. We will likely not utilize hotels.com either. The entire weekend, while not ruined completely, was simply not worth the trouble.
