Summary: When we came into the hotel to check in, instead of being greeted with a hello or anything like that, I was asked name, and I wasn't sure so I said what was that and she said your name. Now I must say, I worked in the hotel industry for several years, if I was to have ever been caught greeting one of our guests that way...well I'm sure you know. The bathroom lacked a lot ti be desired. There was mold and mildew around the tub in places. The shower head was nasty. The bathmat that was privided, had black stuff smeared all on it. In the room, the curtains had what looked like bb gun, bb holes in them.
