This vintage cottage has been updated with new paint, fixtures, beds, bedding (along with blackout curtains for a good nights sleep!) , lovely screeened in porch with 180 degree view of the water, outside deck, boat slip, swimming dock, boat launch less than 1 mile down the road, play golf at Lake Winds Golf Course within 5 miles, close to Wind Creek State Park, Chimney Rock, The Ridge, rent a boat at River North Marina, beautiful sunsets, fun-filled days with water activities and lots of room for playing on land as well as parking space. The best view on the lake - water everywhere!!!! Lot is flat with easy access to house and water. Enjoy grilling out and relaxing -- beautiful open waters, fishing, boating, swimming, skiing, wakeboarding - fun family place. Short 30 minute drive to Auburn for football games one way; Spring House Restaurant, Catherine's Market, and Kowaliga the other way. Or just stay where you are and enjoy the sunset, watch the game on TV, grill out some steaks/fish/chicken and relax in the beautiful waters of Lake Martin.
