The home is walking distance to excellent local restaurants, bars, grocery store, bank, urban market, yoga studios, coffee shops and bakeries.
Whether you are traveling solo, as a couple, in a group or for business, this home will be a great landing pad for your visit to Charlotte! Conveniently located in the beautiful and historic Plaza Midwood neighborhood but close to easy highway access and a short Uber/Lyft ride to all Charlotte has to offer.
Once you've entered the property with your own personal code, you'll find it easy to get settled in. Make yourself at home and enjoy a cup of joe with the K-cup coffee maker and flavored creamer and sugar. Then head outside to one of our outdoor spaces to soak in the great Charlotte climate.
On the front porch you can relax with a good book in the solo chaise lounge or hang out with your group on the sectional while sharing a bottle of wine. You can also head out back to the courtyard and enjoy time around the firepit under the lights, or a swing in the hanging egg chair for some additional relaxation.
The space is comfortably furnished for six with new FireTVs in both bedrooms and a 55 inch Smart TV in the living room, all streaming Netflix.
Guests have full access to the whole house, which has two entrances via the front and back doors. Guests also have two off street parking spots and additional parking on the street if needed.
Being a mother of two littles, I know how hard it is to travel with the larger items. So, if you are traveling with the kiddos, we've got you covered. I will have a highchair, pack and play, toys and games for the kids to enjoy during your stay. Just make sure to mention this to me so I have them ready for you upon arrival.
Have fur babies? We love them too, so pets are considered. With our fully fenced back courtyard, they can run and play and safely explore. You'll also find complimentary food and water bowls and a comfy bed located in the laundry room. An additional pet fee of $50 per dog (one time charge) will also be added due to the extra work to ensure the home is free of pet hair for furture guests. Please be respectful and pick up after your pets in the yard. Additional $50 fee for not picking up after pets in the yard.
Speaking of laundry … should you get the urge … there is a washer and dryer for your convenience. Please feel free to use, but try not to ;). You're on vacation for goodness sake!
PLEASE NOTE: We have a VERY strict No Party/Event policy. If this policy is disregarded and a party happens there will be a $1000 fine and the deposit is nonrefundable if any sized party is held with non registered guests or vehicles on premises.
Our home is a 100% smoke free environment, so smoking is prohibited inside the home. There will be a $200 cleaning fee charged if smoke is found. Thank you.
Guests over 4 ensue a charge of $20 per person. Non registered guests that are discovered are double the rate.
