Summary: We picked this unit because of its location. The unit was very clean and everything was brand new however also sparse. The biggest drawback was the security check that needed to happen just before our trip. We had to do a background check and then be approved by the HOA. I totally understand why the community would want to know who is renting bc it’s a very family oriented community. I was just not aware of this at the time of my booking. Peter and Olga were very responsive whenever we needed anything.
