This four acre property borders the Canaan Valley National Wildlife Refuge giving you unobstructed views and a private wooded area that surrounds the home. Additionally boasts in-floor radiant heat system and hardwood floors throughout the entire main level.
Inside is an open concept great room with stunning, wood-lapped vaulted ceilings and nine-foot ceilings throughout the entire home. Take in the views through the two-story, floor to ceiling windows and enjoy the fireplace. Enjoy a meal and cook in the fully appointed kitchen with island seating. Off the dining area is the glass doors to the porch area where you can do anything from relax with a book or grill for your whole group. From the large entry mudroom is access to the half bath. On this main level is a large master suite with a king bed and attached bathroom with a tiled shower.
Up the stairs from the living area is a loft bedroom with queen bed, and en suite bathroom. Down in the walk out basement is a large rec room with Ping-Pong table and direct access to the lower deck. There are two bedrooms, one with and queen bed, the other with a double bed and a shared hall bath.
