Our intracoastal 2,300 square foot home is only a minute away from the water and the perfect home base for a trip to Riviera Beach, Singer Island, Palm Beach Garden, Jupiter Island, etc. Beautifully renovated from top to bottom with amazingly comfortable beds and brand new stainless steel kitchen appliances and open living spaces, you'll feel right at home while you're staying here.
Over the bridge to Singer Island, the home is close to everything –beaches, parks, marinas, shopping, restaurants, bars and more. There is a Publix grocery store only a half mile to the south, Lake Park Marina 1/2 block to the north (boat parking available at the home as well if you have a boat to bring!) and the beautiful sandy Riviera Beaches are just over the bridge.
Inside the fully renovated home, you'll find 3 comfortable bedrooms –2 with queen beds and the 3rd with 2 twin beds while the master has an attached bathroom with dual vanities as well. The fully furnished living room has a brand new flat screen TV and board games for entertainment. The kitchen has brand new stainless appliances and everything you might need to cook a meal. There is also a BBQ grill for use!
And of course, there's central AC to keep you cool all day long!
