Summary: The room is equivalent to a small efficiency hotel room. There are no extra amenities like coffee and bathroom toiletries. The wetbar is a tiny sink and small fridge. The bed was decent and the bathroom a good size. The half-condo is very clean and in a nice golf course community. The building number is #30, be sure to look for that as the unit # is tricky to find. We had a comfortable stay, the host is very responsive.
