If possible early check ins, and late check outs would need to be organized 24 hours in advanced and are subject to an additional fee of $50 per hour. If the cleaning team arrives and the guest has not departed delaying cleaning, a $100 service charge will be applied to your closing costs.

- Use the pool at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty
- Children under 15 years old must be supervised at all times
- No rough play, horseplay, diving, running, or jumping from pool edge
- No glass containers in or near the pool area
- No alcohol or intoxication while swimming
- Shower before entering the pool
- No use of the pool if you have open wounds or are sick
- Please dry off before entering the house to prevent water damage
Pet Rules:
- We require a non-refundable pet fee of $250 (per each pet)
- Maximum 2 dogs
- Dog is kept on a leash at all times when in yard
- Must pick up after your pet
- Must be crated when left unattended

A refundable security hold of $500 is also required. The hold is placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, provided no damages are reported.

Summary: This house is a hidden gem. Location and house amenities are top notch. They thought about small items and supplies that made the visit much more enjoyable than many other houses we've rented. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and easy. We all highly recommend this house or another that F & L offer for your next vacation!
