This 2 bed/2 bath unit is the bottom floor of a charming & vibrant 1950s era Rehoboth duplex. We decorated with the beach in mind & hope our guests will enjoy all the amenities that we & Rehoboth have to offer! For this listing guests have use of the entire bottom floor unit. Enjoy outdoor living with a hot tub, grill, fire pit, & yard games. Our neighborhood is quiet & a little hidden..like any gem! We provide clear directions. Our Rehoboth Beach gem is the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm! Whether you’re here for a weekend of outlet shopping, a family beach trip, or the festive lights of Schellville Village, you’ll be right in the middle of it all.
Our home is ideally located just 3.7 miles from the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk, ½ mile from Tanger Outlets, and 1.5 miles from Schellville Winter Village. For outdoor lovers, bike trail access is only minutes away across the highway.
After a day of adventure, unwind in the new hot tub, grill dinner, or gather around the fire pit in our inviting outdoor area — there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax. You can also charge your car easily with the on-site Level 2 EV charger.
Inside, the two bedrooms each feature plush queen memory-foam mattresses, and there are two full bathrooms for convenience. The fully stocked kitchen includes cooking essentials, spices, and everything you need for homemade meals. The living room, decorated with beachy touches, creates a cheerful space to relax.
We also provide two beach chairs and an umbrella for your days in the sand.
Our quiet, hidden neighborhood offers the peace of a local escape while keeping you close to Rehoboth’s best attractions — shops, dining, and beaches.
Pet policy: We welcome pets during the winter months (Nov–Feb) for an extra cleaning fee. To maintain comfort for all guests, no pets are allowed from March–October. Please see house rules for details.
Whether you’re here to shop, relax, or explore the coast, our Rehoboth Beach retreat makes it easy to enjoy it all.
Guests have access to the entire downstairs home. Our home is an attached duplex and we sometimes also host other guests in the upstairs home. Guests also have access to the backyard and an attached laundry shed with a washer and dryer. Guests have access to the brand new outdoor shower, hot tub, outdoor dining area and fire pit. This is a shared space but there is room for everyone!
-We request guests are at least 25 years of age to book. We do sometimes make exceptions.
-No pets allowed in spring and summer months. Please don’t bring an unapproved furry friend. We do approve pets in the Winter (Nov-Feb) on a case by case basis. An additional cleaning fee may apply.
- Quiet hours for our neighbors are after 10:00 pm.
-Hot tub use: By booking our home guests agree that hot tub use is at their own risk. The hot tub and outdoor area is a shared space with upstairs guests. There is enough space for everyone to enjoy the amenities and always ask all of our guests to be considerate of each other. Sharing space can be a great way to meet new friends and dine outdoors or play games like cornhole together! Please use our outdoor shower before entering. It is always important to consult a physician with any condition or illness. It is not recommended to consume alcohol or medication with hot tub use. We do not recommend children use the hot tub, but if parents decide that they can they must be supervised. Lastly, now that the important stuff is out of the way: have fun! We provide silicone cups for the hot tub.
- Please do not allow children to play with or draw on the chalkboard. It is made from painted glass and could shatter.
- Please park on the right side of our large parking area in front of the home. We ask guests bring no more than 2 vehicles. Our upstairs guests park on the left side. There are EV Level 2 chargers on both sides.
- Most important rule: enjoy your stay and have a wonderful time!
