Please make sure to keep door shut (when not in use) during your stay to prevent insects from entering. Also, lock the door to the house when leaving at any time during your stay. We are not liable for any stolen or damaged personal property.
We never want to charge guest extra for their stay however violation of the following rules will result in additional fees:
*There is absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed indoors on the property. There will be a $250 fee if guest smoke inside the unit.
*The standard cleaning fee covers normal clean up from a "courteous guest", any excessive dirtiness, spills, etc or damage (whether from guest or unauthorized pets) will incur an additional $100 fee to compensate our housekeeper for additional time and effort.
*Before check out make sure to place all garbage in the trash can.
