The New Orleans Museum of Art is located in the park, as well as a world class sculpture garden, golf course, fitness track, and boat rentals. City Park is the 5th largest in the U.S. home to the oldest grove of mature live oaks in the world.
This rental is the entire first floor flat of an historic 100 year old New Orleans home with a private entrance and Southern living porch that looks onto the bayou and a 300-year-old moss laden oak tree. The home is well appointed, comfortably luxurious, with all modern amenities and antiques throughout. There is a full laundry and well-equipped kitchen. The living room is comfortable with views to the bayou and a television with cable. Three bedrooms and two and a half baths that can accommodate eight people. The master bedroom has a king size bed, ensuite jacuzzi bath and walk-in closet. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite half bath. Between the second and third bedroom is a newly remodeled full bath. The third guest room has a queen size bed and a large closet.
There is no guest access to the garden.
