It is ideal for families, business travelers, those relocating to the area and more. We provide a large workspace and Google FIBER internet for reliable telework! When ready to play, spend the day at Umstead State Park, Falls Lake with its beaches, Jordan Lake, West Point on the Eno and Eno River State Park. The home is well-situated to access all Durham offers- shows and concerts, theaters and museums. Take in the Sarah P. GUEST ACCESS-
We have smart locks for ease of self check-in/check-out. You will be provided with a unique guest passcode. All areas of the home are accessible except for the attic and locked outdoor storage closet. You probably won't see us, but we live in the neighborhood and are always available should you have any questions, concerns or needs during your stay! We communicate primarily via app messaging.
