Want to get away? Imagine being on your front porch swing surrounded by water, canals both sides, and the Pamlico River right off the front porch. This cabin retreat was completed in 2015 as a cozy weekend getaway for owner Mike McVearry. In addition to the house you have a fishing pier on the river (crab pots provided), as well as a 50 ft boat dock on side canal, all right on the property.
Downstairs, you will find an open floor plan with kitchen, dining and living facing the river, with the master bedroom with queen bed and private bathroom in back side of house (open to living room, with privacy curtain). Upstairs is a loft bedroom with a queen and twin bed, and a private bathroom. There is also a powder room and laundry facilities on 1st floor.
House has WiFi internet and DishNetwork TV. We provide bed and bath linens, but plan to bring your own consumables.
Prices quoted will include a per stay cleaning fee, as well as a 3% fee for credit card payments and 12.75% taxes (occupancy and sales). Credit card fee will be waived for customers using direct payment methods when requested.
