Welcome to Bama Den!
Bama Den is a downstairs apartment/townhouse with a private entrance. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can hold up to 6 guests. The apartment is only 1.8 miles southeast of the stadium! The apartment has a kitchenette that includes a refrigerator. microwave, large toaster oven with pans, and a coffee maker with supplies. The living room and dining room are connected and stocked with plenty of board games! The first bedroom has a king bed and the second has 2 queen beds. The bathroom is down the hall and has a tub shower.
Outside there is a beautiful pool for guests to use! (It can be heated for $75 per day, but you must pay for one additional day than what you need. It takes 24 hours to heat up.) Also included outside is corn hole, a basketball hoop next to the pool, and plenty of lounge chairs.
There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. This includes the pool and/or hot tub. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.
This is an owner occupied property that vacates when it is rented. If you find some of the owner's personal items in the condo, this is why.
