Featuring walnut flooring throughout with a chef's kitchen that is fully equipped, a family room with a wood-burning fireplace and a large screen tv and wifi.
There are also 5 guest rooms in all, including a separate cottage with rustic details, reclaimed barn wood, a wood burning fireplace with a kitchenette and a built in hot tub. Enjoy time outside on the patio or on the wrap around deck that has 2 outside fireplaces and an amazing view!
You will also have access to the Balsam Mountain Preserve community amenities, including Clubhouse dining, an Arnold Palmer golf course, an equestrian center, conservancy center, a fitness, sporting and spa complex. NOTE: The short term membership is required regardless of amenity usage.
