Azurelair, the great blue house just over the North Topsail Beach line, truly has everything you need for the vacation of a lifetime! You will not need to leave! From the magnificent views of the Atlantic Ocean to the fiery sunsets, the rooftop sun deck with private hot tub will be a popular spot. The private heated* swimming pool with safety ledge is available for your enjoyment, especially the younger guests who don't want to frolic in the ocean yet! The pool can be heated during the spring and fall, please call Ward Realty for details.
*Pool heat is optional. Please inquire as to cost. Pool heat must be ordered at least 3 days in advance of check-in. Pool cannot be heated if exterior temperatures are forecasted to be below 55 degrees Fahrenheit or if they were 55 degrees or less 3 days before check-in. Max temperature is 85 degrees when pool is heated.
This opulent home comfortably provides for 30 occupants to enjoy the beach and quality family time any time of day. There are 12 carefully furnished bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, television and access to a deck/porch to take it all in. The kitchen has almost two of everything to make life easy for you while on vacation. 2 full size refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, double oven, gas cooktop with pot filler and everything else you can imagine are here to help the cooks impress with fresh local seafood and other delights. Three dining tables and additional bar seating allow your entire group to be together to reminisce and dine at every meal. There is also an elevator that goes from the ground floor to the top floor to make life easier. No stone has been left unturned as this palatial home that was designed for 30 guests to make the most of their special vacation.

Your beach rental is located approximately 3 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge in North Topsail Beach. Head to Surf City or Sneads's Ferry (mainland) to visit restaurants, shops and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island’s past.
