The lower level covered back porch facing the woods has the 1-2 person ultra low EMF infrared sauna to help you further relax.
You are invited to play cornhole and yard games while grilling outside. Enjoy the ambiance of the solar string lights after dark around the firepit 🔥 that will entice you to make s’mores , share stories in a perfect setting for star gazing 🌌 at night. Entire cabin. Access is provided by assigned code and/or an emergency lock box in the premises.
GETTING THERE:
The adventure to reach this mountain cabin starts as you turn off the Spur (321). Winding roads to the cabin are all paved. 4x4 vehicles are not necessary. It is advisable to arrive during the day as some mountain roads can be narrow for unfamiliar drivers.

-Early check-in time maybe permitted depending on the turn-over schedule. Please reach out to the hosts regarding this matter.
-Please take note that our check-out time is at 11:00 am better than most short term rentals to give you extra time to wrap up your stay! The check-out time is strictly enforced. Check-out time is strictly enforced. An additional fee will be charged if not followed.
-Minimum booking age is 25.
-Maximum guests allowed: 6 adults and 4 children
-No parties or large gatherings, No smoking indoors, and no illegal activities allowed on the premises
-Please note that the cabin is nestled in the woods, so insects & wild animals (black bears in particular) are a common sight
-Exterior security camera focused on the front of the house. No cameras inside the house or focused on the back decks
-As much as we adore pets, we regret that we cannot allow them to accompany you during your stay. Kindly respect this policy as a $500 fee will be charged if a pet is brought onto the property.

SAFETY:
Fire extinguishers, smoke alarm and CO detectors, multiple solar powered lights outdoors and caution signs throughout.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests book within 14 days of check-in, and decide to cancel between 7-14 days of check-in, they will not be eligible for a full refund but will qualify for a 50% refund of the nightly rate and the cleaning fee, but not the service fee.
No refund will be given if canceled less than 7 days before check-in.
We highly recommend purchasing a travel insurance policy separately as we will not be able to provide refunds for weather conditions, natural disasters, or any other reasons out of our control. We may be able to reasonably offer some days in the future depending on the availability within the same season.
