This beautifully secluded 2 bed 2 bath cabin sits on 4.13 acres, nestled in a unique box canyon, surrounded by Aspen trees and is within walking distance to a national forest. Perfect for family retreats, secluded getaways with friends, and fishing trips! The cabin features an enormous stone fireplace, and breathtaking views away from the city.
Due to HOA strict rules - the outdoor firepit may not be used. This house has a strict no outdoor fire policy.
This cabin is at altitude (10,000 ft), please stay hydrated.
SLEEPING ARRANGMENTS
Primary Bedroom located upstairs: King size bed (sleeps 2) - attached bathroom, stall shower.
Attached to the Primary Bedroom – Loft twin bed – must be able to climb a ladder.
Through the Primary Bedroom – Twin Bed – Walk out access to deck.
Bedroom 2 main level: Twin over Full Bunk Bed
Main level bathroom has jetted tub.
Kitchen/Dining: The dining area has a table seated for 8.
