Bears are indigenous to the area and are often seen near or on our properties. Please do not leave food or trash outside.
Please note that water levels in the area are typically not high enough to accommodate boats until late June at the earliest. There is no boat launch available at the property. Guests will need to use the nearest public boat ramp, located approximately 3 miles from the house, to launch their vessel. From there, they may navigate to the property’s dock; however, the canal may not be deep enough to support certain types of boats (e.g V-hull vessels). We recommend planning accordingly.
Kitchen and Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.
Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.

Free parking for 5-6 vehicles in premises. Feel free to bring the RV along with your boat and all of your water toys!
