Our two bedroom cottage is located in a neighborhood one mile east of the Biltmore Estate and Biltmore Village with its restaurants, shops and breweries. It's a quick four minute drive up Biltmore Avenue to downtown Asheville, with easy access to hiking, the Blue Ridge Mountains, the French Broad River and all other Asheville delights. From the house, you're a 9min drive to Biltmore Square Park where you can enjoy shopping and great spots to eat, less than 5mins to the bustling Tunnel Close enough to downtown Asheville to enjoy all the amazing restaurants and shops and yet, still nestled in the quiet neighborhood Oakley providing you with the typical charm and cozy feeling The cottage is recently renovated with a modern kitchen and bath, living room, one large bedroom, one smaller, and a large hand built deck facing the backyard. Ideal for anyone needing a month or two stay in a easy Asheville location. Central heat and air conditioning. Sleeps 5 with a new queen bed in the master bedroom, a new pull-out West Elm sofa in the living room (double bed) and a single air mattress in the smaller bedroom which can also be used as an office. The house is completely furnished and includes linens and a fully supplied eat-in kitchen. Off-street parking is included.
