The cottage is a one-room studio, built by a previous owner to house his electric train collection. Its rustic exterior resembles an old train station. The interior is totally renovated with updated appliances and bathroom fixtures including a tiled tub/shower. Furnished with a queen bed for sleeping comfort. Relax in comfortable recliners inside, or enjoy the woods and mountains from the small porch or yard. Kitchen has dishes and pans for cooking. Coffee and tea provided. Great place to relax.

The turn off Cottage Hill into the driveway is tricky because of a stone wall on the right side. Large SUVs or tandem-wheel vehicles should back into the drive, or drive up the hill and turn around in front of the red cottage. Drive back down and turn into the driveway going downhill where you'll have a wider turning radius.
