Relax at this completely updated private cottage on our property built in the 1940s. House of Blue is named after the previous owner, Blue, who was known for raising and selling goats. Our cottage has two comfortable bedrooms perfect for relaxing. The front porch seating area is perfect for having your cup of morning coffee or just enjoying a nice conversation. The back deck has an eating area with plenty of lighting at night.

Parking:
Gravel driveway provided for parking. When leaving driveway, feel free to utilize grassy area to turn around so that you are facing forward. Backing out of driveway is not advised due to traffic.
Doors/Keys:
Front Door Keyless Entry: The front door works on a code which I will provide.
WiFi:
Free WiFi is included. The log-in password is located in the living room
TV:
NO CABLE OR SATELLITE TV. There are TVs in the bedrooms and living room. They operate only with Roku. You must have you own log in to operate streaming accounts such as Netflix or Hulu. Use the remote to turn on TVs. Be sure to log off streaming accounts prior to leaving.
Fireplace:
We do not have a working fireplace. There is a remote control to operate the fireplace “candles” attached to the side of the fireplace.
Security Cameras:
There are Exterior cameras at this home. This are for both your protection and to protect our property. Tampering with, disabling, or covering up security devices may result in an immediate non-refundable eviction from the property.
Privacy:
We strive to make your stay as private as possible. However, should you need anything please reach out as we live adjacent to House of Blue.
Cleaning:
For stays over seven days, we require a weekly cleaning to take place, which includes linen changes.
