It has some of the most amazing restaurants in the country, was at the forefront of farm to table dining and local artisan shops, showcases a beautiful, historic downtown, invites visitors into artist studios, and is home to the Biltmore Estate and gardens. From our home, it’s an easy 30 minute drive to downtown Asheville.
*Mars Hill and Marshall - step back in time in these quaint neighboring towns a short drive away. Mars Hill and Marshall offer delicious dining, breweries and shops with river and mountain views, on sweet main streets that invite you to slow down and stroll.
*Hot Springs - known for its natural hot springs, the small town and resort of Hot Springs are local favorites!
*Burnsville - this small, artsy town sits in the valley of stunning mountain scenery. Enjoy visiting its restaurants, breweries, artisan shops and hiking trails.
*Blue Ridge Parkway - when you drive onto the Blue Ridge Parkway, you’ll feel like you’re a world away from your cares. This historic scenic drive highlights the area's most stunning views and offers numerous hiking trails. You can easily spend a full blissful day or two going either direction on the parkway.

They will provide you with this information. When reserved through VRBO the information will be sent to you the message thread where you booked the property and received your reservation confirmation message as well. DOG fees are extra and NONREFUNDABLE The pet fee $100 is per pet per stay or $109.75 with taxes included. i.e. Any length stays with two dogs equals two pet fees plus taxes which is $219.50. Maximum of TWO dogs!! More than two dogs constitutes prior approval by the homeowner and Pristine Vacation Rentals. DOGS ONLY allowed! This is a SMOKE FREE environment! Please don't smoke in the cabin. If you choose to smoke outside please dispose of your cigarette butts.
PHONE SERVICE: Cell phone reception is generally good, but it can be spotty at times. We are in the mountains.
CHILDREN: This house is not child-proofed for young children. There are also no accommodations for babies.
SUPPLIES: Groceries and supplies are available within 5 to 10 miles, but we suggest guests bring what they may need for immediate use so they can stay and relax on the property for their first meals, if so desired.
FIRES: Guests are welcome to use the fire pit year-round. However, we do not provide firewood. You can purchase this at many of the local convenience stations, local grocery stores or Walmart. It's generally around $5 per bundle.
NO SMOKING POLICY due to guest and owner allergies. You will be charged an extra cleaning fee of $200 if you smoke inside the cabin. If you smoke outside please dispose of your cigarette butts properly.
