This beautiful waterfront property is gated on 3 acres boasting 82 Palm trees. It is within a couple of miles of Blythe Island Regional Park and less than a mile from a public park with a dock for fishing. There are 4 Bedrooms (including the sleeping lloft) and 2 bathrooms. The gameroom has puzzles, games, there is a King bed there with a twin Trundle. This area is open to the living room. There is a massive deck upstairs that allows fantastic breezes as well as views of the river and the golden sunset. You will find everything you need here for the perfect family vacation! Note: the 3 queen beds are made up with fresh linens, for the twins there are fresh comforters and the fitted and flat sheets can be found in the laundry area. extra pillows and blankets are in the master closet.
We are pet friendly with a $95 fee for up to 2 pets. Additional fees will apply after 2 furry friends .
All pets must have a collar with name tag, be current on vaccines and flea prevention. Please remember to pick up any pet droppings
We will send check in instructions and codes the day of check in. There is a BBQ grill available for your use. Since it’s too hot to clean after, but requires some warmth to clean properly, it will be the responsibility of each guest to clean before use.
Prior authorization is required for early check in or late check out. If you arrive early or depart late you will be charged for an extra night and may be held responsible for the previous guests damage
