Negative: Property not well maintained old furnishings dryer lint trap has holes in it allowing lint to bypass it and is fire hazard. Old plastic Adirondack chairs on porch cracked an look like what May be found on garbage day. Mattress is old and uncomfortable missing handle for window in bathroom plug for tub unattached and leaks so if you wanted to take bath you can’t . Kitchen is ok but knobs to stove writing is worn off so you can’t tell which way is hot side other than trial and error. Kitchen table is very uneven and required cardboard so ir would not rock and there are only four or five bowls utensils are fine etc. furiniture is average at best there is no furniture on back deck and deck is dirty. There were some utensils in drawer with dried food on them and few glasses were the same. Also outside under home kind of dirty and the duct work from ac unit is badly corroded and you could put hand up into it . Literally pieces of duct on ground and can feel cold air leaking badly. All of these things are signs of lack of upkeep and investment in property . Not worth the price and we have stayed numerous times in inlet cove and been very satisfied . This is by far the worst . Pictures on site make it look good like putting lipstick on a pig. Just to note this is first review I have ever done look at other properties not this one
