We have been told that we have the best lot in a very nice neighborhood because we have only 1 great neighbor to our right, a 300+ acre farm with a beautiful view of their 40 acre lake, with their herds of cows, horses, goats, and camels on our right and behind us are more acres of "neighborhood woods" with plenty of hiking trails with more beautiful scenery.
