Come stay at the Treehouse - a lake house on beautiful Lake Hartwell, and located 20 minutes from downtown Hartwell.
The house has a massive kitchen, with a custom-made table to seat 16, perfect for making memories over shared meals with family or friends.
Everyone will have their own space at this house, with 6 bedrooms including 1 with built-in bunks to sleep 4-6. 5 of the 6 have lake views, so no one has to fight for the best room in the house!
We call it the Treehouse because the elevation of the property makes the living room feel like you’re in the trees - a wonderful setting to take your coffee in the morning.
Of course, you don’t come to the lake to sit in the house - we have a covered dock on deep water (~30 ft) just off the main body of Lake Hartwell, perfect to float off the dock, or keep your boat while you’re not out on the lake. When night falls, get off the water and enjoy a beautiful fire pit with stars overhead (s’mores recommended).

Summary: Wonderful vacation home for a family group. Lots of room for everyone on 3 different levels of the house. Very well supplied and maintained. Spacious kitchen with wonderful massive dining table. It was so nice to have our whole family at one table for meals. Easy lake access via paved path from the house, nice dock with chairs, and plenty of vehicle parking.
