Relax at this home with the family, that has just been NEWLY remolded and beautifully decorated. Very cozy and peaceful place to stay near the beach. Bring your boat and chairs, with plenty of room to park and short 6 mile drive to Surf City Beach, Fishing Pier, and Boat Dock. With this short drive, you can spend time at the beach then head back for a nice relaxing lunch in the cool air. Afterwards, head back to the water where you can rent kayaks, paddle boards and other water crafts. Love spending time on islands before going back to see a beautiful sunset. In addition to visiting three separate beaches with their own unique features (Topsail, Wrightsville, and Surf City), have a great time visiting Historic Wilmington with great attractions like the Battleship, Aquarium, and local grills.

Summary: When we first booked this property, we were worried about the distance to the beach, but we were pleasantly surprised as this property was just 3 miles from Publix, Walmart, car wash, gas and plenty of food choices available. This property is decorated so cute, beach theme throughout and Theresa set us up for the beach by providing chairs, sun tent, and several beach games/activities for all ages! Kitchen was fully furnished, even had a crock and storage containers to use to bring snacks to store and bring with us to the beach. What was especially impressive was the cleanliness of this property, bedding and furniture were like new! Plus the check in process was easy to understand and when we did have a question, the owner answered back quickly. Great property, don’t let the distance stop you from booking!
