This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath second row beach home is steps away from the sand and features ocean views from both the living room, kitchen, sunroom and patio deck! Beneath the elevated home is a grill, ping pong table, corn hole, foosball, picnic table and hammock for all to enjoy when not at the beach or pool! There are two maintained beach paths (one with a mat and one constructed) across the street from the home which makes the walk even easier with beach gear. There is a community pool less than a minute walk out the back of the home! There is an elevator which provides access from the ground floor to the living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to liability and insurance regulations fireplace use is not permitted.

Bath Linens and bath towels are provided, as well as a starter kit for the first day which includes toiletries (shampoo, body wash and soap), dish soap, dishwasher tabs, a sponge, toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels.
Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent from IOP Beach Chair company.
Golf can be played inside Wild Dunes at both the Ocean and Harbor Courses.
Tennis courts can be played at the IOP Recreation Center.
