Welcome to Par-tee On! We just completed a major renovation including: new white shaker style cabinets in kitchen and baths, quartz countertops, new kitchen appliances and washer/dryer combo, LVP flooring and paint to name a few. We added built in cabinets in the living room to include a 24" wine cooler.
Condo is located on Pinehurst #5 Hole 1. Our kitchen is fully stocked and offers a fully stocked pantry and a Keurig coffee center that can make coffee, cappuccino or lattes at the push of a button.
The living room features an 11' long sofa and matching chair, Pottery Barn leather chair with matching ottoman, a 65” smart TV. The dining area has a new glass top table with 4 new chairs
Our brand new washer/dryer combo is solely for our unit and your use. For your convenience, we supply laundry detergent.
The primary bedroom features a brand new king sized bed with a new memory foam mattress, designer bedding, ample closet space and plantation shutters. The primary bath has a new vanity, new quartz countertops, tiled floors, new toilet, LED illuminated mirror, renovated tub with subway tile surround with niche, and LED lighting.
The 2nd bedroom features two brand new full size beds with a new memory foam mattresses, a 55” inch Samsung TV with Roku. The hall bath has brand new porcelain tile shower, new tile floors, glass door, new toilet, new vanity, LED illuminated mirror and LED lighting.
Cleaned & disinfected using CDC/EPA recommended guidelines & cleaning solutions. There's a minimum of 24 hours between guests. All bedding (sheets, pillowcases, quilts, comforters, shams) changed after each guest and washed in hot water. The bathrooms are cleaned with Clorox and the floors disinfected with Lysol. All touch points are disinfected with Lysol Spray. All kitchen/pantry items are disinfected with disinfecting wipes. We maintain an immaculate condo and now with heightened attention of the importance of cleanliness and disinfection, we have our professional cleaning staff clean and disinfect with EPA-approved disinfectants and following CDC guidelines before and after each stay. We provide a safe and healthy environment.
