This beautiful 3 Story Beach Vacation Home Retreat w/ swimming pool, 6BR’s and 6.5BA’s checks all the boxes for your 5 Star North Myrtle Beach Vacation. Enjoy our amenities which include a swimming pool, washer and dryer, game room. Every bedroom has a ceiling fan, Smart HDTV and a dedicated full bathroom. 3 of our bedroom suites have their own outdoor private decks.
NOTE: This Beach house can be rented as a single 12BR 12.5BA vacation home or it can be split into two separate 6BR 6.5BA homes
To our new guests: We just purchased this beautiful home in August 2021. After investing another $50K for new paint, mattresses, furniture, linens, decor and other amenities we listed our Beach House on the Vacation Home Rental Platforms in late September.
We have been in the vacation home rental business for 5 years since my wife and I retired from our careers in the Aerospace Defense Industry. We have 3 homes in Florida and we are in the process of purchasing a 4th in the Kissimmee, Florida Area. We are walking distance to Barefoot Landing, "Set along the Intracoastal Waterway, Barefoot Landing is one of the most unique & popular dining, shopping & entertainment destinations in the Southeastern seaboard. Restaurants, bars and entertainment include House of Blues, Alabama Theater, Dick’s Last Resort, Crooked Hammock Brewery, Lulu’s Restaurant/Bar/Beach Arcade/Mountain of Ropes to name a few. We are also less than 2 miles away from the famous Tanger Factory Outlet Mall, a destination in and of itself.
