12 Lagoon Villas is a renovated, spacious condo overlooking a beautiful pool and mature oak trees and palms. The villa has a decorators touch and boasts a new kitchen, new tile bathrooms a vaulted ceiling with planking in the great room, new tile in kitchen, and three balconies. Full size washer and dryer. For a limited time we offer a golf cart with the property. The whole complex has just been painted in updated colors in late 2022, new pool deck is being installed in November 2022 and the parking lot has been repaved.
The villa boast spacious dual masters, each with two queen beds, a vanity/dressing area, a separate tub/shower/toilet room, and a balcony overlooking the pool.
The Great Room has vaulted planked & beamed ceilings, a large picture window and is open to the kitchen. The dining room table and chairs seats six easily and is topped by a beautiful chandelier. The kitchen has "soft close" cabinetry, stainless appliances, a coffee station and a wine serving area. The kitchen is fully equipped to make meal prep easy. There is a full size washer and dryer off the kitchen as well.
LEISURE AMENITIES
There is cable TV, a large SMART TV (Internet connected) in the living room, and TVs in both bedrooms. To make your trips to the beach easier, we supply a compact beach cart with chairs, beach towels and cooler. We supply kick boards and some beach toys for the kids too. The Wild Dunes bike rental is a block away for leisurely rides on the resort bike path.

We are pet friendly for certain pets and it is IMPORTANT TO GET PRE-APPROVAL from the owner BEFORE you book. Please inquire with the owner for further details specific to your pet.
