Near I-35 for easy access to movies, shopping, sports activities, or simply enjoying the peaceful shaded back yard deck and patio. 1.5 miles from the BNSF Logistics Park, 1.5 miles from Meadowbrook Rehabilitation Hospital. Inviting front porch along with master suite which can accommodate children and adults. Plenty of room for the portable bunk bed or port-a-crib if needed (see costs) King sized bed in the master suite along with ceiling fan, large closet and master bath attached to laundry. Hardwood floors throughout except in master suite and all-season room which both have updated carpeting. Summary: I went for a wedding and it turned into a mini family reunion when we rented this single level ranch with 5 bedrooms. My brother, his caretaker, my two sisters and myself each had our own room and mobility inside was great. Loved having the family room and the 4 season room which is where we spent most of our time catching up since we are dispersed around the country. The kitchen is completely stocked. The master bedroom and bath were wonderful. The 3 bedrooms at the end of the house could have used more outlets, but that comes with an older house and our electronic world. The owner was very attentive if we texted her for anything. If you have little ones I saw 2 high chairs and 2 pack-n-plays. A few games and coloring books. We did a jigsaw puzzle, but wished there would have been adult games. A pleasant stay and would book there again.
