Summary: The house is spacious and seemed clean. We had plenty of room for our family of 13. The biggest problem we had was the Refrigerator. It had broken/missing shelves in the door and the freezer was not working well. The ice maker would work then not. I looked back on the reviews and noticed that the refrigerator has been a problem since 2022. Also the description says there is 5 King size beds but the one room upstairs has two twin beds. The hot tub gets hot but little to no jets. Just a few things fixed this would be even better. Location is close to beach, downtown and Great Restaurants.
